Publishing a funnel
Put a page live on a Narrative link, collect leads into your pipeline, or export the whole thing to host yourself.
What a funnel is made of
Four stages, each doing one job. You do not need all four to publish.

Publishing it
- Open Funnels in HQ and pick the funnel you built.
- Click Publish.
- Choose the link it lives on. Links are unique across Narrative, so you will be told immediately if yours is taken.
- The page goes live. The button then reads Live, and changes to Update live page after you edit the funnel.
Publishing stores the page as it is at that moment. Editing the funnel afterwards does not silently rewrite a page already taking traffic - you publish again when you are ready.
Where the leads go
Anyone who fills in the form lands in your Pipeline automatically, at the New stage.
Their details pass through Narrative to your account and are not kept once they reach you. We are a transit point for that data, not a store of it.
Changing a live page
Renaming the link
You can move a published page to a new link. It is never briefly offline, and if the new link is taken you find out before anything changes.
Taking it down
Unpublish removes the live page. The funnel itself stays in HQ, so you can publish it again later.
Hosting it yourself
If you would rather run the page on your own site, export the funnel as a single HTML file and upload it wherever you host.
Lead capture keeps working after export. The exported page carries a token that points back to your account - it never contains any key, so the file is safe to host publicly.
