How allowances work
Every allowance is monthly and resets at the start of each calendar month. Unused replies do not roll over, and allowances are counted per feature - using up coaching does not affect Ask Brain.
Allowances are enforced on the server, so the number you see in the app is the number that actually applies.
Changing plan
- Open Profile & settings, then Plan & billing.
- Click Upgrade plan to move up. The new allowances apply immediately.
- To move down, use Manage billing & cancel and change the plan in the billing portal.
Which plan you actually need
- Builder if you are still building - the Academy is the whole job right now
- Operator once you are selling and need the pipeline, content and Ask Brain to keep up
- Accelerator if call coaching and unlimited output are what is holding you back
