The Academy and HQ
Narrative has two halves. The Academy builds the business; HQ runs it. Here is how you move between them.
Switching between them
The toggle is at the top left of the sidebar: Academy (Build) and HQ (Run).
- Click Academy to see Your Launch Plan and the five Stops.
- Click HQ to see your Cockpit, Pipeline, Funnels and the rest of the run-it surfaces.
Before you graduate, Narrative opens on the Academy. Afterwards it opens on your Cockpit - unless you deep-linked to a specific screen.

What unlocks HQ
Finishing the Academy core. The final gate is the four Go live steps: read your offer back, build your list, rehearse the conversation, and send it.
All four are things you control. Graduation used to depend on logging a first sale - an outcome someone else decides - which could stall the moment indefinitely through no fault of yours.
Can you look at HQ early?
Yes. Nothing hides it, and some of it is useful from day one - you can add leads to Pipeline before you have finished your offer.
Most of it will look empty, because it reflects your real business. An empty Cockpit is not a bug; it means nothing has happened yet.
