Why a card is required
So the trial becomes a working account at the end without you having to do anything, and so the free tier can't be farmed - which keeps the price down for the people who stay.
If the card can't be charged when the trial ends, the subscription is canceled rather than left in limbo.
What happens at the end
- Your card is charged the plan price, at the same time of day you started.
- Your account continues uninterrupted - nothing is reset or locked.
- We email you to welcome you properly.
We also email you before the first charge with the exact date, time and amount, so the charge is never a surprise.
If you do not want to continue
Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. Everything you built stays yours either way - canceling stops the subscription, it does not delete your work.
